Shipment

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon receipt of payment. However at busy times please allow 14 days for delivery.
We only charge actual shipping costs.

We offer free shipping - worldwide - for orders over £ 100.

Packaging

In order to conserve resources, we try to use recycled packaging material.

Please note that all our products are hand made to varying degrees, and slight variations in size and shape are to be expected. Whilst reasonable care is taken during manufacturing some colours may vary from batch to batch. The stability and permanence of dyes cannot be guaranteed. Strong coloured items should be washed separately, and may require 3 or more washes to remove excess dye stuff.

If you change your mind about you order:

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from Iris Fair To Life. Should you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days, we will refund or exchange the item(s) provided that it is returned to us unused in its original condition including any attached labels.  This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (i.e. earrings for pierced ears).
Please notify us of any breakage within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will send a replacement.
Reseal the packaging your order arrived in and return to us using the return slip which is enclosed with every order. We reserve the right to discount the refund if the goods are not in original, unused condition.
We regret that postage cost cannot be refunded.
